1 to 3 Years Advance Replacement Service
Warranty repairs on Red Cat systems are carried out
at our production centre. This, together with a low
failure rate, helps us consistently provide a fast turnaround on
system repairs. Telephone support is provided by our skilled
technical team, which assists clients in the diagnosis of problems
and can often resolve issues without further intervention. Should
any warranty work be required, we can liaise with you to ensure you
are aware of the status of a repair and any suitable feedback
regarding the cause.
